Wealth In Life does not accept any responsibility for any loss, damage or consequence resulting from the use of attached files sent in connection with emails. Email content is confidential and may contain copyright and/or legally privileged information. No person, other than the addressee or a person duly authorised on behalf of the addressee, may read, print, store or reproduce any of its contents. If you wish to opt out from future emails from Wealth In Life please send an email to info@wealthinlife.com.au

Wealth In Life is bound by the National Privacy Principles Act 2001. Your privacy is important to us and we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is respected and maintained at all times.
Only necessary information is collected. The information collected is used only for its primary purpose which is to create an accurate statement of advice for your situation. Individuals have the right to remain anonymous when entering into transactions with Wealth In Life.
Clients have the right not to answer any questions, however in doing so if information is insufficient, an inaccurate advice will be given which may not meet the needs of the client. For a statement of advice to be tailored towards your needs data must be accurate, complete and up to date.
Sensitive information will only be collected when consent by the client is given. This information may include criminal records, health or disabilities, ethnic origins. Identifiers such as tax file numbers, Medicare numbers will not be used as reference to clients.
All clients have the right to access their personal data on request, except where it would have an impact on another party’s privacy. Client’s data will not be passed onto any third party without the consent of the client.
